Customer can purchase pre-paid hours at a discounted rate.

These hours can be utilised for:

• Operational assistance
• After hours assistance where the maintenance contract does not provide 24×7
• Application or Hardware monitoring
• Health checks
• Minor upgrades
• Onsite support (Excluding travel and accommodation)

Monthly reporting of remaining hours and usage will be provided with this service.
